FREE SHIPPING WITH ANY $100 PURCHASE

 

Shipping and Return Policy

 

BOUTIQUE NASARALIA INC undertakes to offer you an exchange or a refund within 15 working days of your purchase* upon presentation of the invoice (or order number). If 15 days have passed since your purchase, no exchange or refund will take place.


IMPORTANT: The item to be refunded or exchanged must be in its original condition. It must not have been washed or damaged as well as include all its parts (if applicable). No label should be removed. BOUTIQUE NASARALIA INC reserves the right, at any time, to refuse any exchange or refund if it deems it necessary.

* Please note that there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items.



Shipping for a refund or exchange
In order to return a product for exchange or refund, you must send it by mail or come by appointment to our office at: 447 Avenue desbirches, Rouyn-Noranda, J9X 5P4
 
Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Know that :

  • The time it takes to receive your product for exchange may vary depending on where you live

  • If your item is worth more than $75, consider using a delivery service that allows you to track your package or purchase delivery insurance.


BOUTIQUE NASARALIA INC does not guarantee that it will receive the item you are returning.

Once received, and after inspection of the item, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt as well as the verdict on our approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
In the event of an approved request for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable time. In the case of an exchange, a new product will be returned to you, provided that it is available in inventory.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If after 4 business days you still have not received your refund:

  • Look at your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card issuer. There are sometimes some delays before the refund is officially posted.


If after all these steps you still have not received anything after more than 7 days, please contact BOUTIQUE NASARALIA INC at info@nasaralia.com

In the case of an exchange, BOUTIQUE NASARALIA INC replaces an article only in case of defect or damage. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nasaralia.com and send us your item (or come see us by appointment) at 447 Avenue desbirches, Rouyn-Noranda, J9X 5P4

Shipping for a purchase

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days once completed and paid for. It will be sent within 1 to 10 working days depending on the delivery service*

Delivery in Canada only.

*BOUTIQUE NASARALIA INC chooses the best delivery service available for your destination. Each shipment comes with a tracking number that you will receive by email once the order has been processed. HOWEVER, if your package comes in an envelope, it may be delivered with Canada Post without a tracking number. If this is an issue for you, please indicate it in the comments when placing your order.

AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
BOUTIQUE NASARALIA INC does everything in its power to keep its inventory up to date. However, sometimes an item you have ordered may not be available for various reasons. If necessary, BOUTIQUE NASARALIA INC will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

IN-STORE PICKUP
This option allows you to pick up your items at BOUTIQUE NASARALIA INC Only BY APPOINTMENT if you wish. This service is free and you pay no shipping costs. Please note that there is a 24 hour processing time for your order.
